Our Founder and CEO
Anshit Singhal is a Chartered Accountant with 5 + years of experience in financial reporting in financial reporting (Ind AS), audit and assurance engagements, risk advisory engagements, taxation engagements and internal control over financial reporting (ICFR) reviews. He has handled public and private sector clients and has significant experience in the Manufacturing, Hotel and Tourism, IT & ITES, Power, Electrical Equipment’s, Pharmaceuticals and Packaging.
He is well adept in preparation of financial statements, conducting statutory and tax audits and compliances with various laws including Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, SEBI/FEMA regulations etc.
He is a graduate from Motilal Nehru College, Delhi University. His professional qualifications include Company Secretary (ICSI), Diploma in IFR (International Financial Reporting) from ACCA and Certification in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection from ICAI.
